Shipping Policy

Standard US shipping is FREE for orders over $150 (USD).

For orders under $150, standard US shipping is $9 (Delivery takes 2-5 business days).

Expedited US shipping is starting at $29 (Delivery takes 1-2 business days).

Processing time (fulfillment time) takes 1-3 business days for US orders (This is the time we spend to prepare your package until it is shipped by the carrier). We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

For Canada shipping, a shipping rate starts at $25 depending on weight. 

For international shipping, a shipping rate starts at $30 depending on weight. 

Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. Mome is not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.

We are not responsible for orders once they leave our studio. This includes lost, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly, so you have a better chance of locating a lost package. 

To modify your order, please email us at hello@momebrand.com as soon as possible, so we can assist you. If you placed your order with Expedited Shipping and have received your tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time.
