2. Why do I need to buy a mystery bag, and what are the benefits?

Here are some of the advantages that customers can enjoy when purchasing or receiving mystery bags:

1)  Mystery bags often contain products that, when purchased individually, would cost more than the price of the bag itself. This can represent a good value for customers.

2) Customers don't know exactly what they will get. Opening a mystery bag can be an enjoyable experience in itself, similar to unwrapping a gift. This entertainment value can enhance the overall shopping experience.

3) Customers have the opportunity to discover and try new products they might not have considered purchasing otherwise. This can lead to the discovery of new favorites. Some mystery bags may include exclusive items that are not available on the website.

3. If I buy mystery bags for both myself and my girls, can I get matching dresses? 
  
   We've already packed each bag in advance. If a buyer purchases more than one bag, we will unpack each bag and consolidate everything into one package to ensure it fits in a box for shipping. We also pack and ship multiple orders at once. In that case, we will do our best for you to get matching dresses by switching dresses between bags from different buyers. You might receive 1-3 matching sets, but we can't guarantee that you will receive all 3 matching dresses.

4. What is included in each girl's bag, for example, dress sizes 4-5 or 5-6 years old bags?

   For the mystery bags in girl sizes 4-5 years, it means they will contain dresses for girls aged 4 and 5 years. Similarly, the 5-6 years bags will contain dresses for girls aged 5 and 6 years. Therefore, both bags might contain dresses in the same size, such as dresses for 5-year-old girls. We implement this because all the styles included in the Mystery Bag events are limited in size. In order to include three dresses in one bag for you all to get a special price, some girls' bags might contain the same sizes.

5. What happens if I don't like one of the dresses in the bag or it doesn't fit me as expected?

   Everything included in the bag is priced even lower than our costs, making it feel like you're buying one dress and getting almost two free dresses. We hope that everything in the bag will work for the buyer, but please understand that, like other brands' mystery bags/boxes, there's no 100% guarantee that everything will work perfectly since it's randomly selected.

6. Can I return or exchange Mystery bags?

  Mystery Bags are not available for refunds or exchanges. Everything included in the bag is priced even lower than our costs, making it feel like you're buying one dress and getting two free dresses. We hope that everything in the bag will work for the buyer, but in case anything doesn't, it can make for a great gift.

7. If I want specific styles only, such as midi and maxi, and can't wear dresses that go above the knee due to religious reasons, can I request that?

   You can leave a message in the order note, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

8. If I have ordered from Mome before, how can I make sure that I won't receive the same dress I already have?

  Please ensure that you use the same email/account that you used to make previous purchases with us when buying the Mystery bags so that we can check and do our best to send you only dresses you don't already own. In case anything doesn't work for you, it can make for a great gift. You can also sell your dress in our FB group: Friends of Mome.
