Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, we are here to assist you with your return.
30 Days Return Policy
- We offer a 30 days return policy from delivery date (final sale items and gifts excluded).
Returns must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the date you received the item.
- We accept returns for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks, smell of perfume/odor and with all tags attached.
- Please try items on with care. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- If you receive an item which is incorrect or damaged, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. Please send us pictures to be verified. We will assist you with the exchange.
- Please make sure you select the correct size based on our size chart on the product page. If unsure please email email@example.com with any questions.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- We recommend that you contact us within 21 days of receiving your order to allow enough time for you to prepare and ship your return to our studio.
- Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading. Tell us the item that you would like to return and why.
- After we receive your return request. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your request.
- We will provide you a return shipping label and a return address via email.
- Returns must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Please allow 7 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. For returns, $12 will be deducted from your refund amount.
We only replace items if they are defective, too small or too big for you or your child. If you need to start an exchange send us an email at email@example.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer a one-time free exchange for ready-to-ship items. Any additional exchanges or exchanges for pre-ordered items will need to be approved and processed with our customer service team and will be subject to a $12 charge for the shipping label for your return.
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
