Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, we are here to assist you with your return.
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of successful delivery.
- We accept returns for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks, smell of perfume/oder and with all tags attached.
- Please try items on with care. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- Please note that returning your order is at your own cost, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect.
- If you receive an item which is incorrect or damaged, you must email hello@momebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us pictures to be verified.
- We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
- Please make sure you select the correct size based on our size chart on the product page. If unsure please email hello@momebrand.com with any questions.
- All items bought on sale are Final Sale (no returns and no exchanges).
Return Instructions
- Email hello@momebrand.com within 7 days of your order being delivered.
- If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, you will not be eligible to return the item.
- Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading. Tell us the item that you would like to return and why.
- After we receive your return information. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your return request.
- We will provide you a return address and instructions via email.
- Returns must be received within 2 weeks of return approval.
Refunds
Please allow 7 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to receive a different size/style, please return the existing order for a refund and place a new order on our website. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
