Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, we are here to assist you with your return.
30 Days Return & Exchange Policy
- Please consider an exchange before processing a full return. Exchange is FREE for first-time customers.
- We offer a 30 days return & exchange policy from delivery date (final sale items and gifts excluded). Returns must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the date you received the item.
- We accept returns for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks, smell of perfume/odor and with all tags attached.
- Please try items on with care. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- If you receive an item which is incorrect or damaged, you must email hello@momebrand.com within 3 days of delivery. Please send us pictures to be verified. We will assist you with the exchange.
- Please make sure you select the correct size based on our size chart on the product page. If unsure please email hello@momebrand.com with any questions.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges (no exceptions will be made). Items marked as 'Final Sale' will be clearly indicated in their product pages, or their prices will end in $.99.
Return Instructions
- Head to our Returns Portal to start your return.
- Select type of return. If you choose "Refund for store credit", the $12 return fee will be waived.
- We recommend that you submit the return request within 21 days of receiving your order to allow enough time for you to prepare and ship your return to our studio.
- After we receive your return request. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your request.
- If your return requested is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ***Please do not use your own return shipping label as we will not be able to track and process your return.
- Please place the items you want to return in our original bag that came with your order or in any durable bag before putting them in the mailer.
- Returns must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the delivery date (the date you received the item) to be eligible for a full refund.
Note: Returns postmarked between 31 and 45 days from the delivery date are eligible for a refund in the form of store credit only and a $12 charge for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not accept returns after 45 days from the delivery date. Any return packages received after this period will be sent back to you at your expense. No exceptions will be made. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
Refunds
Please allow 7 working days from the date of receipt for your return to be inspected, approved, and processed. After your return is approved, refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges,
1) as a store credit if you choose "Refund for store credit". We will email you a gift card with the original amount as store credit to be used at a later date. The $12 fee for the return shipping will be waived (for all approved returns within 30 days).

2) back to the original method of payment if you choose "Refund to payment method". You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. A $12 charge for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that after your refund is processed by us, your banking institution may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account. For any inquiries regarding this process, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly.
All discounts and redeemed rewards/coupons are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For first-time customers, we offer a one-time 30 days free exchange for a different size of the same style (and for ready-to-ship items only) if they are too small or too big for you/or your child.
To start an exchange, send us an email at hello@momebrand.com. Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading. Tell us the item that you would like to exchange and why.
For an exchange of the same size due to defective items, we require proof in the form of a picture.
For an exchange for a different style, we recommend creating a return for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order.
Any additional exchanges (such as, exchanges requested by repeat customers, exchanges for the same style in different prints, etc.) will need to be approved and processed with our customer service team and will be subject to a $12 charge for the shipping label for your return.
Kindly note that inventory availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as a store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns & Exchange
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
